A Little Bit of Style Take 2

Here's me again acting as a net-a-porter stylist, smashing things together making bomb looks for the working lady. This look is perfect for the fall. Even though Proenza's pink shirt screams "spring baby," the neutral colors of the shoes and Lanvin's jacket as well as the various gold and burgandies creates a stylish fall  fashionable lady look. The cluckness of DanniJo's necklace paired with Assad Mounser's necklace(shown in styling session take 1) creates a more edgy look (and heavier weight) but still keeps a lady looking classy!

Abigal Lorick'S Pretty Little Ladies



Abigail Lorick, the designer for designer label Lorick, is just as beautiful as the frocks that she creates.Everything about this look screams Working Women. The easy silhouette, the day to night dress, the jacket, (oh that jacket) is perfect for the office and a night out town. Lorick being the guess designer for Elenor Waldorf's fashion line on Gossip girl, I can so see Serena wearing this look!

For some reason, I would love to see Lily Van der Woodsen on Gossip Girl wear this ensemble( minus the shoe, just can't see her wearing it) but the elegance and well crafted pieces screams to the professional working women who loves a taste of luxury.

The Birth of Directoire Renouveau

My name is VJ Thomas and I am very excited to start Directoire Renouveau, a blog that will consist of  even more art, more fashion, more style. Wanting to express my love for fashion by "internet styling" working women (meaning posting looks that I think will suit the working women and fashionable women who inspires me) such as: Shala Monroque and Queen Rania.

I will also be expressing my own taste by styling looks that I would want to wear( If I am fourtunate to have Proenza money one day), as well as displaying the growing amount of fashion taste that New York's near neighbor, Philadelphia has.
